Today I am sharing how to make cinnamon sugar biscotti with you!
I remember eating cinnamon/sugar toast as a kid and the feeling it gave me. Do you? I was so happy every time my mom gave us this as a snack.
Most times we had this on the cold days after playing outside in the snow. We came inside to dry off and get a warm snack along with hot chocolate and of course marshmallows!
Now the combination of cinnamon sugar is readily available in stores. However it’s nt recommend to use for this recipe.
Well, this is the best cinnamon sugar biscotti! If you did enjoy cinnamon/sugar toast as a child, this recipe is a keeper.
How To Make Cinnamon Sugar Biscotti
This biscotti is exactly like the cinnamon/sugar toast only better. It has a crunch but not too hard. It’s perfect for the holidays. However, if I’m being truthful make these biscotti anytime.
As a result of making these cinnamon sugar biscotti many times, I can honestly say make a double batch and freeze them. These freeze very well if wrapped and put in a freezer bag or air tight container.
