Score look what we found! Have you ever seen the price of a piece you love or collect and think no way?

Well, this did happen when my husband went to pick up a piece for me from a shop not far from us.

Meanwhile, you may remember when John did bring this piece home to me.

Well, he really did go to pick this beauty up. Now, this is when the words score look what we found came out.

Now, for the most part, when I find this size pitcher of ironstone it’s more money than I am willing to pay.

However, this isn’t the case with this piece. Also, the only picture I had is from this stores Instagram feed. The only thing that I saw is the size and the price and John went on his way.

Well, after this score and it came home this is when I got to see all the details. Look at these details they make this pitcher even better.

In the meantime, I am getting the itch to add spring touches here and there in the house. So, it seems fitting to add Pussy Willows to this beautiful ironstone pitcher.

And I did purchase these spring blooms from this shop. These truly look like the real thing, it amazes me. I will be buying more for next year to have on hand for beginning of spring decorating.
