Christmas In July & A Giveaway!

Hello all, yes it’s that time of year, Christmas in July

No, I’m not forgetting summer. Truth, I’m not a huge summer fan, yes I did say it.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the flowers, especially when my hydrangeas bloom. They will be blooming soon.

I also love summer for our Reeses & Peanut because they can roll around and be happy.

Plus, I am also waiting for Jersey Corn, oh my word it’s the best sweet corn EVER!!!

However, when it comes to Christmas, I’m in my happy place. The baking, the cooking, oh my!

This year especially because we haven’t had Christmas or any holiday with family for two years. I am over the moon happy for this Christmas.

Let’s not forget about the Christmas music, which quite frankly I can listen to always.

But the things that get me going are the CRAFTING & DECORATING!

Come on, you feel it too.

So, I will be sharing some of my favorites for Christmas in July.

And, one more thing that is the best, READY!!

I’m so excited, are you getting excited to read what it is I’m going to say next?

  3. Cindy, I love the Christmas vignettes you’ve shared here!! It’ll be fun to see the other things you have to share here on the 12th. Christmas in July is fun! Years ago I went with a friend to a Christmas in July huge sale at a mission in Southern California and found a cool Santa. Anyway, I know there will be cool things happening at your Christmas special. 🙂

    Happy 10th,
    Barb 🙂

  4. I’ve always thought that Christmas in July for you northern hemisphere people must be weird. I know that, here in New Zealand, we often do a mid-winter Christmas party because it allows us to enjoy all the warm trappings of Christmas – food, drinks, snuggling by the fire. People always thing it’s weird that we have a mid-summer Christmas but it’s Christmas. It’s just so interesting.

  5. I’m from Buffalo, NY originally and I can’t tell you how much I miss the holiday there! It’s not the same anywhere else. We partly grew up in California and it just never felt like Christmas there. Since I was a child I’ve always wanted to go spend Christmas in NY, or Vermont, or any of the snow areas but hubby would rather live somewhere or be on a cruise somewhere that’s it’s so hot you can’t breathe! I’ve been stuck for too long!!!😊 Summer is definitely not user friendly for me either”¦I live in the house for the bulk of it! So I can totally feel your pain”¦lol!
I’m new to your blog and hope to see many Christmas projects!
