Happy Sunday everyone!
We are going to get temperatures in the 50s early this week and I’m so happy!
Our little Peanut had a liver enzyme test and they went up again. So, I have a date set with a specialist to do a liver biopsy so we are a bit worried about our girl. Peanut and Reeses are our babies and they make us laugh out loud every day.
She’s been improving with eating like a nut this week. So our Vet is doing a blood test again later in the week to see if her numbers went down a bit. Dachshunds live to eat and Peanut eats so fast that we have to pick up her bowl at times.
So prayers for our girl. Because she’s eating so well and her blood tests came back perfect it’s doubtful it’s cancer but nonetheless, we want her to be okay. Our vet thinks medication such as steroids may be needed but we want to be positive nothing is wrong.
It was a great week on the blog.
I took part in a Fall tray tour and shared a beautiful French crate filled with nature and tons of tips too!
Also, I shared a great fall front porch sign, and guess what? It works for two seasons. How cool is that? And I used my favorite furniture paint too and you can get 20% off if you use this code: CL-20. Black Dog Salvage Furniture paint can be used for so much more than furniture. It’s truly amazing you can read tons of information and learn a whitewashing technique
I also share our front porch for fall and I love the colors and different pumpkins this year. I love pumpkins and SAVE the stems!
Here I share an easy recipe that’s delicious for an easy Risotto. Yes, EASY no stirring involved, can you believe it?
Now what inspired me from some of my favorite bloggers
Lora from Create and Ponder shares this beautiful rustic and natural table. It’s a must-see!
Karin from Karins Cottage shared the most amazing table too. This is perfect for Halloween and there are hats floating, yes floating!
An Organized Season shared tips to get your home holiday ready and it’s so pretty too!
I hope you have a great day! And follow Cloches & Lavender on:
Saying a prayer that little sweet Peanut does not have any issues with her liver. I know you must be worried sick. Hoping for good news when you see the specialist. Have a good start to the new week. xoxo Kris
Thanksk Kris and I’m trying to stay calm. My best friend who has two Dachsunds is having issues with hers too.
It’s so hard because we have known each others dogs since the day they came home.
I’ll keep you posted my friend.
Sending prayers and hoping your sweet Peanut is feeling better soon! Our dogs are 15 and starting to have health issues, it’s so hard because they are such an important part of our family, so I can relate! Thank you so much for sharing my tips on getting your living room ready for holidays!
Thanks Donna. It’s so hard because we love them so much.
Happy Sunday!
Hi Cindy… I hope your little pup continues on a healthy path.. it’s so hard when something is wrong with your beloved pet.
Thank you so much for including my floating witch hat tablescape! We had so much fun coming up with creative ideas this year.
Hugs for you my friend.
Karin
Thanks so much Kaerin. I love this table!
Praying Peanut continues to improve, Cindy! I know it’s hard when they can’t really tell you what’s going on so I’ll definitely be adding my prayers to the others. I know they’re both such sweet treasures! Hugs, CoCo
