Christmas Family Room

I’m sharing Christmas today in our family room.  I enjoy many things about this home but one of my favorites, seeing everything decorated all the time.  This allows us to enjoy all our pretty pieces all day.

This year has brought joy to us with my infusions happening.  Things change almost on a daily basis.

I have finally had the energy to play with my camera.  May I say, what a difference.  I haven’t had the ability to concentrate in quite a long time.  My health was exhausting but the energy level has gone way up too.

Enough of that, let’s celebrate.

Loving the crown on our tree.  Excuse the kitchen chair, I forgot to spin it back, LOL.

Moving from the tree to the coffee table

Love the greens mixed with my deer that I have had for 20 years and love them just as much to this day.  Taking good care of these has paid off, look like brand new.

I enjoy using a mixture of faux greens.  These jingle bells were a gift from Pottery Barn a few years back.  The wood jingle bell sign and the candle finish things off.  Candles are always burning in this home.

This cabinet is on our back wall.  I painted and aged this a while back.  The mirror is an addition from Ballard, we love it!

Close up of our antique Jardinière I purchased from Cindy over at Edith & Evelyn Etsy, one of my favorite shops!

These chairs are new and sit in front of a large window.  I used Jingle Pillows from Pottery Barn I bought years ago.  My antique soup tureen is filled with bottle brush trees.  Still learning the camera here plus a cloudy day, oh heck, just not the best picture.  After the holidays I will share our new furniture.

Our bookcase filled with our Christmas treasures with our mantel.  I asked for a wonderful new more French garland for Christmas, fingers crossed.

The Sleigh Ride sign and French flower pot are listed in my Etsy shop but I wanted to add them to our décor and they look great.

Final shot, a lantern filled on our hearth.  As you may notice from this photo, we burn fires often in this home.

More to come. I hope you are enjoying decking your halls as much as I have on this gifted blessed Christmas we are having.
