Let Me Tell You a Bit About Myself

I’m a born and raised Jersey Girl.

Making our house a home is my passion.  Marrying my best friend who also enjoys being my handyman has been the best thing in my life.

We enjoy doing most things together. I plan it, he builds it and I make it pretty.

During the summer you can find us watching the NY Mets everyday while working on projects.

I have had MS for 30 years and use a walker. But, I never let it take my joy of creating away. I love crafting, painting furniture, cooking and baking too much to let it rule my life. I prep wisely to get things done a my speed.

Also, I have Alopecia from medication. We are waiting for some sign of growth. My eyelashes and brows are growing back. This is so difficult to deal with especially for a women.

We have two mini-Dachshunds named Reeses & Peanut. They keep us on our toes and make us laugh out loud everyday. We are truly blessed.

I also enjoy collecting ironstone, transferware and thrifted pieces to add to our home.

Also adding French touches to our home decor is something I enjoy. But nothing too formal and stuffy I want us to live in our home not treat it like a museum. 

We enjoy all four seasons in NJ. However, cooler months are our favorite. We enjoy having fires, cooking comfort food and baking especially when entertaining family and friends!

Even though the cooler months are my favorite, spring brings lovely Daffodils to our yard.

And summer brings Hydrangeas which is a favorite!
