Christmas is this week. We had a bit of snow this weekend and I am not sure if it will make it until Christmas but would love if it stuck around.
These are pictures of our kitchen dressed for Christmas. Love my centerpiece this year in a basket I darkened with wax and filled with greens and lightly sugared fruit and a large onion ornament.
Boxwood wreathes on the chairs with simple ribbon.
A simple addition of a wreath and a few pinecones to the chandelier.
A Lambs head was added to this sign not to long ago and it finished the sign off perfectly. He received a berry wreath for Christmas and my burlap stocking with jingle bells.
Sun shining in through all our windows in this spot.
Antique Olive bucket filled with birch logs, greens and large pinecones.
Pinecones wrapped with micro lights for a glow. The evening shot came out a bit blurry so I didn’t add that, sorry.
An extra tree by my black table on the side wall. Have to get the electrician back to add an outlet to get rid of the wires.
The table all pretty with addition of all things Christmas.
Pot I made a few years ago filled with all sorts of odds and ends.
An aged stocking and bottle brush tree from Joss & Main on a pretty plate with a bit of greens.
Gilded ornaments with greens and a bottle brush tree. Wonderful sun streaming inside.
Shelves filled with a few pieces of antique transferware with Christmas touches. In addition to a few Cloches.
My little French pig , Hot Cocoa chalkboard sign. The little skates were a gift and filled with greens. The Hot Chocolate mug was a gift and makes an appearance throughout the winter. Notice the little marshmallows dangling and the whipped cream on top. A tea light gives it wonderful glow in the evening in this corner.
Our back hall by the pantry. The light needed to be on for this shot, can be a bit dark. My sheep had to get a bow tie in Christmas plaid.
Have to get in a few more posts quickly of other vignettes and outside with the snow and all its glory.
Enjoy getting ready for the BIG day!
