Just a quick post regarding these little gems.
Idea, to make these into napkin rings and I had the perfect person to make them for, Gail.
My handyman John, stepped up and using his Dremal tool he cut these openings for a napkin to fit.
A dry brushing with Old Ochre ASCP with a light sanding sponge.
Filled four with green napkins one of Gail’s favorite colors and done. NOTE: You may notice that pretty stained table they are on. My handyman made me a beauty of a craft table for my office. Sharing very soon.
I was correct, John dropped them off and Gail loves them, she’s so easy, HA, HA. Love you lady!

This answers some questions for me. I saw something similar on Pinterest a few years ago, but when I found he pots at Michael’s, I knew I could never get a napkin through the hole. Now I understand.
That’s where I got mine so inexpensive. Give them a try
That’s so cute! I love the “whitewashed” look too. Great job!
Thanks Anne
What a cute idea! Love the paint technique, as well!
Thanks Shenita thought it would add an aged touch
Those are so cute! I never would’ve thought to make them into napkin rings. The extra bit of paint on them gives them an antique look. Your friend Gail will love them.
Gail did love them. Thanks that was the look I was going for
These are too cute, Cindy! Very clever, too. Glad to hear that Gail loves them!
Thanks Amy!
Cynthia, I love this idea! I just asked hubby if he had a dremmel tool and he said, yes. Yahoo! I am so going to do this for when I set my table with a garden theme. Thanks for the inspiration friend!
hugs,
Jann

Thank you very much
These are adorable. Having the right tool makes our visions possible.
Absolutely. Thanks for the visit
These are adorable, Cindy! I love the green napkins too. Thanks for sharing with us and enjoy your day.
Blessings,
Sandi
Thanks Sandi
This is such a clever idea! You did a wonderful job of ageing them and the napkins coordinate beautifully. I have a dremel tool gathering dust in my basement (my only “power tool”), so am thinking I might just try this myself 😉
